Repairs

Repair estimate are free if we do the repair
work. If the repair is refused, we will return the
equipment to you unassembled. Reassembly of refused
repair estimates is typically $35, and does not
include shipping charges. Repair turnaround time
starts at about two weeks from the estimate
approval day. This time could increase if a
specific part is not available due to a backorder.

Instructions

Carefully pack your equipment before sending it
in for service. Include a note as to what needs to
be done, as well as your return address, phone
number, fax number if available and e-mail address.
You may use the shipping method of your choice, (US
Mail, UPS, etc.) but however you ship, insure the
package for the proper value.
